This is heartbreaking we work so hard to save this money £4000 and it’s gone just becouse a bank error all becosue £100 from £4000 we book so many time we never had any issue and we book 2 holiday one of them it’s paid .

Absolutely disgusting customer service received from @loveholidays booked to fly to Las Vegas in 14 days. Without even receiving a PHONE CALL they have cancelled our holiday. This is a company I have used for several years and planned many trips however I will never use again!

@l_oveholidays I try to ring I cry in the phone my wife work hrs and hrs for this it can’t be real this we are 2024 this should been happen . You are all greedy no sympathy for no one we book from you so many times and we got another one pays £5000 for next year . I humiliated for this .
