Hello @yasisland: You took my ticket details and promised to come back on our request for ⁸ticket price refund and compensation for 30th Dec overcrowding at @FerrariWorldAD...No communition now for 10 days. We want to report the Deficient Service and Harrasement of high paying tourists, to AbuDhabi Goverment.

@FerrariWorldAD, @yasisland : We bought tickets in advance, waiting time for big rides was 2-4 hours today, you stopped selling Quick Pass. Why did you not stop ticket sales & entry numbers instead ??. Money & time of thousands of tourists with kids has got wasted on 29th Dec. Please refund ticket money and give 2x damage for wasting our time. You are tarnishing #UAE reputation.
