The Service was rendered for the past 3 years, but his refusing to sign the last invoice worth millions and this affects the companies employees who are not paid their salaries for the past 8 months but kept honouring their commitment to deliver water to affected areas because they under the importance of water services in black Townships. This is the type of attitude that demagogues technocrats do in government departments & such in return it kills South African owned SMMEs, another reason why they outsource & reward such important tender to non South Africans like we've seen how these demagogues politicians/ technocrats use & reward Zimbabweans with tenders. The City of Ekurhuleni manager was engaged on this issue but also didn’t act or do anything because criminals in Ekurhuleni demand their 10% bribe in return. Otherwise, they don't pay you for services rendered. 🤮🤢🚮 Ekurhuleni is a mafia state!!
