I am not against paying for AI Courses but I strongly think you can learn almost anything with AI. Copy and paste this prompt to Claude. You are a world-class expert in [Insert skill]. Train me as if I'm your apprentice, from beginner to mastery. Break it into stages, tasks, uncommon resources, and shortcuts. Include simulations or real-life practice assignments to truly internalize each level. P.S: You may need to send some follow-up prompts to get the best of the prompt.

If you did physics in secondary school, there is something called specific heat capacity. It is the amount of heat energy required to raise the temperature of a substance. If a substance requires a high amount of heat energy to get hot, it takes a long time for it to cool down. If it requires very little heat energy to get hot, it cools down easily. That is why groundnut oil heats up faster than water, but hot oil also cools down faster than hot water. If women catch feelings easily, best believe they move on very very easily ✌️

1. 30% of whatever you earn should go strictly for savings. Save before you start spending and be disciplined with it. 2. Stop trying to uplift all your family members from poverty. You'll go broke before them. 3. By a car before you build a house (if you're in your 20s and 30s). 4. Eat more at home than you eat outside. 5. Always buy things in bulk. It's better than buying small small all the time. 6. Your 1.5 months salary alone should be enough to cover your annual rent. If your income is 100k monthly, your rent shouldn't be more than 150k. 7. Track every naira you spend for at least one month. Most people are shocked when they see how much goes into things they cannot account for. 8. Avoid gambling. 9. Invest in stocks. Buy shares with good companies. Do your own research before you buy. 10. Never sponsor any woman to school with hopes of getting married to her. Above all, love God.

If you want to protect your social media accounts from getting hacked, please read this. X (Twitter) Go to Settings, then Security and Account Access, then Security. Turn on Two Factor Authentication. Use an authentication app, not just your phone number. Also check the apps connected to your account and revoke access to any you no longer use. WhatsApp Go to Settings, Account, then Two Step Verification and set up your six digit PIN. Also go to Settings, Account, Privacy and turn on App Lock. This means even if someone picks up your phone, they cannot open your WhatsApp. Instagram Go to Settings, then Accounts Centre, then Password and Security. Turn on Two Factor Authentication. Also check where you are logged in and log out of any device you do not recognise. Facebook Go to Settings, then Security and Login. Turn on Two Factor Authentication, check your active sessions and log out of every unfamiliar device immediately. General rules for all platforms: 1. Never use the same password for two accounts. 2. Never save your passwords in your phone notes. 3. Never log into your accounts on someone else's phone. But if you must, make sure you log out and clear data immediately after. 4. If any platform sends you a login alert for a device you do not recognise, change your password immediately. Your account getting hacked is not bad luck. It is a gap in your security that someone found before you did. Lock everything down today. Do not wait until you lose access before you take this seriously. Above all, love God.

1. Public USB charging ports in airports, malls and bus parks can be used to steal data from your phone. This is called juice jacking. Carry your own charger and plug into a wall socket instead. 2. Restart your phone at least once a week. It clears temporary files, refreshes memory and fixes minor software glitches that slow your device down without you even noticing. 3. Your television is most likely collecting data about what you watch and sending it back to the manufacturer. This is called Automatic Content Recognition. You can turn it off in your TV settings under privacy or data sharing options. 4. Closing background apps on your iPhone does not save battery. Apple's iOS manages background apps automatically. Constantly force closing them actually uses more battery because the phone has to reload them from scratch every time. 5. Your laptop battery lasts longer when you keep it between 20% and 80% charge. Constantly charging to 100% and draining to zero shortens its lifespan significantly. 6. Leaving your phone on charge overnight does not just waste electricity. It keeps your battery under constant stress after hitting 100% and degrades it faster than normal use would. 7. The reason your WiFi slows down at night is not your router. It is because more people in your area are online at the same time and sharing the same bandwidth. 8. Putting your phone in a hot car can permanently damage the battery. Lithium ion batteries degrade rapidly above 35 degrees Celsius. Your car on a sunny afternoon is way hotter than that. 9. Factory resetting your phone before selling it is not enough to protect your data. A determined person can still recover deleted files. Encrypt your phone first, then factory reset it for complete protection. 10. Your phone camera lens accumulates fingerprints and dust daily. A dirty lens is the real reason most people's photos look blurry, not the camera quality. Above all, love God.

You see life, time and chance matter a lot. Arteta has been consistent for about three years now, finishing 2nd and building one of the best teams in the league, yet people still overlooked him for Manager of the Season even in years where you can argue he deserved it. But now that he’s finally won the league, the same work people ignored before is being fully appreciated. That’s football sometimes trophies change narratives instantly. The process may already be so good, the coaching may already be top class, but until you get that final achievement, many people won’t give full credit. Once the trophy comes, everything people doubted before suddenly becomes “greatness.” It also shows how thin the margins are in football. One season can completely reshape how a manager, player, or team is remembered. If Arsenal had fallen short again, people would still push the “almost team” narrative, but now the exact same project is viewed differently because there’s silverware attached to it. That’s why patience matters in football. Sometimes the work is already there long before the rewards finally arrive. Glad Arteta is reaping his own reward.

1. Your NIN is tied to everything in Nigeria now. Your SIM, your bank account, your passport. Guard it carefully and never share it carelessly online or with strangers. 2. Your bank will never call you to ask for your OTP, PIN or account details. Ever. Anyone who does is a fraudster. Hang up immediately. 3. In Nigeria, a landlord cannot legally evict you without a court order regardless of what your tenancy agreement says. Know your rights before you pack your bags. 4. A car tyre with low pressure consumes significantly more fuel than a properly inflated one. Check your tyre pressure regularly and save money on fuel without doing anything else differently. 5. In Nigeria, if you are arrested, you have the right to remain silent until a lawyer is present. You are not legally obligated to make any statement at a police station without legal representation. 6. Garlic is one of the most powerful natural antibiotics. Eating it raw regularly boosts your immune system, lowers blood pressure and fights infections. 7. If you eat immediately before sleeping, your body stores most of it as fat because your metabolism slows down at rest. Try to eat at least 2 to 3 hours before bed. 8. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The best time to open an investment account is today. Time in the market always beats timing the market. 9. Expired medications do not just stop working. Some of them become toxic and harmful to your body. Check expiry dates before taking anything. 10. Drinking water first thing in the morning before eating anything activates your organs, flushes out toxins and jumpstarts your metabolism. Make it warm for better results. Above all, love God.

1. Before you enter a bus, move your phone from your pocket to your hand. Keep it there throughout the journey. 2. Never use your phone by the bus window. In crowded areas, keep it in your hand and stay alert. 3. When you start making money, never let your woman send your day one friends who are still struggling on errands. Respect them. 4. Develop a touch of werey. A smart, calculated roughness that tells people you are not to be toyed with. 5. Stop looking too iced out in your own area. Shine wisely. Know when to keep a low profile. 6. Never neglect the Egbons and Agberos on your street. Greet them. Give them something once in a while. They will show up for you faster than the police ever will. 7. Keep your most important items attached to things you cannot leave the house without. Your key, your ID, your card. Above all, love God.
