@TuckerPoodleMA My chickens always did fine in weather down to the single digits. What was difficult for them was temps over 90.

My dumb bantam chickens didn’t go in their coop last night apparently. I usually put them in their heated coop and shut the door before it automatically closes at 10pm but had a ton of stuff going on and (shame on me) assumed they would go in before it shut. So they got stuck out in their pen in 27-30 degree weather. They seem fine and jumped down to eat when I put some scratch out. I told Little Rey he was a bad rooster for letting that happen to him and his wives. Chicken drama!
