I genuinely appreciate every client who chooses to work with a real artist, especially at a time when it would be easy to just go straight to AI. That support does not go unnoticed. But I will be honest, it can be a bit disheartening when I am sent AI generated images as the exact reference for what is wanted. Not because I cannot do it, but because it takes away from what you are actually coming to me for in the first place, my style, my eye, and years of experience. I am always happy to take inspiration and direction, but the best work happens when there is a bit of trust in the artist, not just the algorithm. I met with Taoiseach @MichealMartinTD of Ireland. Ukraine deeply appreciates the support and assistance of the Irish people and government, as well as everything they have provided to help strengthen our defense against Russian terror. We discussed steps toward ending the war with a guaranteed peace for Ukraine and all of Europe, the importance of unity between Ukraine, Europe, the United States, and all those committed to global stability on this path. We also talked about security guarantees and cooperation on Ukraine’s path to the EU. We are grateful to Ireland for standing with us in all of these areas. We also addressed Ireland’s participation in the Demining Coalition and EU training missions, as well as non-lethal security assistance that will help save lives. Additionally, we discussed our humanitarian initiative, Food from Ukraine, and how Ireland can contribute. 🇺🇦🇮🇪

By the way, a lovely person here randomly sent me an electric soupmaker. I love it. You just throw everything in, wander off, and, 29 minutes later, you have delicious soup. Not just for tonight. One bowl in the fridge for tomorrow, and two trays of it in the freezer.

"You have seen the video of my daughter Naama Levy. Everyone has. You have seen her dragged by her long brown hair from the back of a Jeep at gunpoint, somewhere in Gaza, her gray sweatpants covered in blood. You may have perhaps noticed that her ankles are cut, that she’s barefoot and limping. She is seriously injured. She is frightened. And I, her mother, am helpless in these moments of horror. On October 7, Naama had been sleeping at Kibbutz Nahal Oz, and was awakened by the chaotic sound of a missile barrage. At 7 a.m., she sent me a WhatsApp message: “We’re in the safe room. I’ve never heard anything like this.” That was the last I heard from her.
