Fidelity commends the Senate Banking Committee for advancing the CLARITY Act. The bill provides a balanced approach and, if passed, will offer statutory clarity to digital asset markets, benefiting American investors and helping ensure the U.S. remains a global leader in digital assets.

Fidelity was proud to participate in the @USTreasury's Financial Literacy Fair last week with school aged kids and Treasury leaders including @SecScottBessant to discuss the importance of financial education and demonstrate our FinEdTech experience with an AI Alexander Hamilton.

Financial Literacy fuels the American Dream. It is a foundational skill, similar to reading and writing, which is why we must get our youth engaged and excited to learn from an early age. I was pleased to join students, educators, and local partners including nearly a dozen financial institutions for a financial literacy fair at @USTreasury to close out Financial Literacy Month. In addition to visiting booths and exhibitions with learning modules, the students in attendance were invited to participate in @Visa’s Financial Soccer game with special guest “coaches,” @TreasurerBeach and Assistant Secretary Luke Pettit. Under President Trump’s leadership, our Administration is championing financial literacy for all age groups across the country. We are working to ensure that young Americans have the tools to save, invest, and plan for the years ahead—through @TrumpAccounts and many other resources available at MyMoney.gov. As we approach our nation’s 250th anniversary, strengthening financial literacy will help expand opportunity and prepare the next generation to build a more prosperous future.

Jillian Enoch, VP, Public Policy recently spoke at the @InstituteSPARK's Financial Literacy Month luncheon which brought together @USTreasury leadership, policymakers and leaders from across the retirement industry. Jillian highlighted Fidelity's commitment to advancing financial education for all Americans, and the programs we offer that have helped over 700,000 K-12 students nationwide build financial skills.

Fidelity Investments applauds the U.S. House of Representatives for its bipartisan efforts to advance the INVEST Act, H.R. 3383, as the next step in the debate on improving capital markets regulation. In particular, we strongly support the inclusion of the Improving Disclosure for Investors Act of 2025, which would direct the SEC to modernize its rules to make eDelivery the default for investor documents. Transitioning to an eDelivery default would allow investors to receive critical documents in a more secure, immediate, and less wasteful manner.

A recent ICI survey found 87% of fund investors aged 65 or older support eDelivery of financial documents. It’s time to make eDelivery the default. ici.org/viewpoints/25-…
