@Wickes despite filling in the form you suggest for a second time, and responding to an email from someone over a week ago, we are still waiting and have an unusable toilet. Absolutely disgraceful service to still be waiting for a resolution after almost 4 weeks
@Wickes notified you of a leak 2 weeks ago with a bathroom still under warranty. Your SLA states 72 hours - each time we try to call customer services we hold for almost an hour - and still waiting to be contacted and for the issue to be resolved
@Ryanair@askryanair So your ‘family plus’ option is anything but if your agent is to be believed regarding bag pooling. I can take 1x20kg and 4x10kg check in bags totalling the same weight and space as 3x20kg check in bags - but this isn’t allowed?! Single mum traveller & 3 kids

@Bodenclothing ordered these gorgeous shoe boots, then placed a second order for larger size to compare. Comparing them the first pair now look faded and scuffed despite being kept in the box for a week unworn?
@nextofficial Have ordered a collection of Directory items to be returned from various orders over the past few months, but can’t find the printed white order form for all of them - does that matter? Will all the items in my parcel be credited to my account? TIA
