Cringe worthy Influencers I have noticed some influencers are just here for the “impressions” snapshotting their X analytics and it is super cringe. But it makes you think… there are probably a lot of people who are chasing impressions to monetise or for future monetising potential and Pokemon is currently the best place to get followers now. I think this guys on to something. Most influencers are larps and I refuse to believe all of them can have 6 figure poncho/gold star collections. I bet he’s right and many buy knock offs and just flaunt them online. Didn’t like Ponchos to begin… Maybe this is why. It’s sort of become the LV of TCGs where somehow every monkey, donkey and baboon has a set and buying one makes you just another donkey 😂.

No Rarity - Slow but Steady Amazing to finally set the Charizard No Rarity PSA 8 Crack 5 million Yen finally. No Rarity and 1st edition base sets share one thing in common. They like to move like snails… In the time Jungle has moved 4-5x in both English and Japanese 1st edition and No Rarity moved about 1.5-2.5x. This is due to these sets being more of a collectors set rather than a speculators set. When the start of bull runs come it is usually better to hold the beta plays as they run faster. They usually have higher populations, generally cheaper. I remember buying a Flareon last December for just $400 USD… it is now 2,500… insane multiples 6x. Meanwhile the No rarities I hold are up about 1.5-2.5x depending on which. This for me is exactly why i sold all my Non-No Rarity sets and plowed those funds into No Rarity as I believe from here the risk return now favours No Rarity. Think about it, if Flaron was to double again it would be $5000 a 1000% in such a short time span… that feels a bit farfetched to me. But I can see No Rarities double from here and people will not even bat an eye. I put my money where my words are and picked up another PSA 8 Machamp recently for < $1200 which i feel was a great bargain. May all No Rarities belong to me!

I’ve slowly been accumulating No Rarity Pokemon over time. I genuinely think it’s one of the best long-term bets in the hobby. Outside of the PSA 10 Zard, most of the cards still feel somewhat attainable. Would it be crazy to try and complete the full set?

I've moved hundreds of cards in and out of vaults on Web3 platforms. The fees were always the worst part. So we built ours without them. Zero intake. Zero outtake. Every card in our Alt Vault. Zero fees exclusively on @phygitals, worth a read for any fellow collectors!
