Latonya is a single mother who was driving for Uber when she picked up Kevin after an Atlanta United soccer game. During their long, two-and-a-half-hour drive, they started talking and quickly felt a connection. What began as small talk turned into something deeper. They shared personal stories, struggles, and moments they don’t usually open up about to strangers. Kevin told Latonya about his recent divorce and how life had been shifting for him in ways he didn’t expect. Latonya, in turn, shared her reality—working late nights, trying to make ends meet, and pushing through exhaustion just to take care of her family. She talked about driving just to pay off a utility bill that was weighing on her. Latonya, a single mother of three, also opened up about her dream of going back to college. She had once attended Georgia State University back in 2010, but had to drop out because she simply couldn’t afford it. Life got in the way, responsibilities took over, and that dream slowly started to feel out of reach. Still, it never fully left her. Something about that conversation stuck with Kevin. Before he got out of the car, he handed Latonya a $150 tip to help with her utility bill and asked her to keep him updated about her college plans. It wasn’t just the money—it was the encouragement, the belief that maybe she could still make it happen. A few weeks later, Latonya tried to re-enroll at Georgia State University. That’s when she hit another wall. She discovered she still owed $693 from years before, and without paying it off, she couldn’t return. It felt like the door had closed again just as she was ready to walk through it. But what she didn’t know was that Kevin had quietly stepped in. Without telling her, he paid off the entire balance. No announcement, no recognition—just a simple decision to remove the obstacle standing in her way. When she found out, it wasn’t just a financial relief. It was a moment that changed everything. With that burden lifted, Latonya went back to school. She stayed focused, pushed through every challenge, and didn’t let the opportunity slip away. Over time, she didn’t just graduate—she graduated twice. The dream that once felt impossible became real through persistence, hard work, and one unexpected act of kindness. Now, Latonya is aiming to become a federal probation officer, building a future not just for herself, but for her children as well. And while her success is her own, she never forgot the stranger who believed in her at the right moment. Kevin’s kindness didn’t just help her in that moment—it changed the entire direction of her life. Credit: Latonya and Kevin

After three months, David summoned “all Israel” to bring the Ark home. This time it was transported properly—carried by the priests—and the people took God seriously, and didn’t disregard Him as commonplace. Go to Daily Bible Reading 👉 revivalandreformation.org/bhp/en/bible/1…

Hello everyone I am looking for lots of prayer for my brother Jake & and his wife Megan. He has a perforated bowel and he was leaking waste into his abdomen. If you can comment below that you have prayed for them that would be great. I would love to show my brother and his wife how much prayer they have over them. They have gotten a drainage tube in there and he is doing better after lots of hospital time and antibiotics, but he is still in a lot of pain and has a surgery next week to remove the cyst that has form over the area thats about the size of a grapefruit we have been told. They have not tested it yet and don't know which came first the cyst or the perforation. He is only in his 30's and this is a lot for his family and him. There is a go fund me post I have to if you'd like to help out you can find on my profile as his insurance is crappy for hospital. Bless you for anything you can do weather its keeping him and his wife in your prays or helping them with the medical bill.

God's creation reveals His majesty! From the quiet details to the vast skies, everything whispers His glory, and we can’t stay silent. Psalm 9:1-2 is a call to worship, an expression of adoration, and an acknowledgement of God's majesty. How will we choose to honour God this Sabbath? We pray that your answer will align with these verses: “𝘞𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘓𝘰𝘳𝘥, 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴; 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴. 𝘞𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘨𝘭𝘢𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘫𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶; 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦, 𝘖 𝘔𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩.” Let everything in us praise Him! #GodFirst #DynamicSteward #Holiness #Sabbath #Creation #Thanksgiving #Rejoice.

My 13-year-old daughter with special needs drew this today. She spent hours shading every little detail, and when she finished, she said, ‘Mom, do you think people will smile when they see it?’ So I’m posting it here hoping it brings someone a little joy today. Would you hang this in your home? ❤️

Why should we be baptized? How important is it? Baptism is a public declaration that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. This immersion represents Christ's death and resurrection, which provides forgiveness of sins. By performing this symbolic act, we declare our acceptance of Christ's sacrifice and acknowledge Him as our Savior. "Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so, we also should walk in newness of life." --Romans 6:3-4, NKJV.
