The HOA said they had an assessment fee of $20,000 per house! They offered to let them pay it off in 10 years! They refused topay it Now all of the homes are being foreclosed on! Turns out the HOA took in advance of $ 300,000 in cash upfront that needs to be paid back to the construction company! If you divide the $300,000 into all the homes it’s about a $20,000 per Home fee!

I feel like as a person that use to complain about the algo that the only ones that are complaining now are the ones using it wrong. Let me explain. X is a social platform one that people are repeatedly complained was glorifying crap posts from large accounts while burying quality content. Now the algo is doing just what was asked above and beyond giving people content you show interest in tailoring each accounts experience just for them. I personally do not see anymore thirst trap photos, crap post, rage bate, non of that. I am however seeing lots of things I'm interested in. So I imagine 2-4 types of people that are complaining still and sometimes more. 1. The one I hope leave. Big accounts that are loosing engagement because their content is low effort, basic, or stolen. They are no longer able to rely on their numbers alone. 1.2 People that hope to get big by following big accounts, and listening to what big account tell them to like and do. I've seen this a couple times. And it's really disgusting. Big accounts decide they don't like somebody or feel insulted by them and will have all their underlings and the same community block this person basically blacklisting them from one of their interests. This should be abandonable offense and considered targeted discrimination. 2. People that try to work the algo in hopes of making money. Always chaising the new algo information, exploits, and trend. This is one of the worst ideas because sooner or later you'll end up with your account extremely limited or banned. The new algo is really good at picking the stuff out. 3. This is the group that I have the most sympathy for. People that were told in the beginning by Elon come to X and make a living. These are the people with original quality content that I have seen their pay go down week after week as algo changes and moves the carrot on them time after time. Unfortunately this last group is a casualty of X trying to get rid of the first two groups. I think at one point that X was moving the so-called carrot up and up trying to make it harder for big accounts to make money but in the process it wiped out the small accounts that didn't have as many followers. Hopefully now that the algorithms getting in a good place they can bring back their pay scale processes to a fair place for smaller content creators. Now the good news. Algorithm as it sits seems to be really good at knowing which things you're spending the most time with. It knows how long you hover on something if you respond to it how many times you watch it. Just about everything. So here's my advice, Make the algorithm work for you. If you don't like something don't respond to it. If you start watching something and realize you don't like it change the video or post right away. Do not react to or spend time on inflammatory posts. Negative attention to the algorithm is still attention. If you're not interested scroll right past. In a few weeks you will see your whole timeline transform in just a couple weeks. And for those worried about not seeing posts from your friends. The people you interact with you will still see on your page. I do see the occasional thing that I'm not interested in but it's because I'm interested in those people. A good way to get your algorithm going in the right direction is to find groups and communities with people that do the kind of things you like. The more you interact with them the more you will see posts from them and post that are about those things. In the end you have to remember even though Elon said come make a living this is still a social platform. So use it as such. Find people that like the things you like. Make new friends And only engaged with the things that you want to see positively or negatively.

When I see the heavens at night, I think about waters above, and ocean of blue in the day and light on dark waters at night like bioluminescence. I don't have a scientific world view of creation. I honestly don't know how everything works. It is neither a globe nor a flat earth but it is a wonderful and living place with natural phenonmena governed by supernatural beings with delegated authority. He numbered and named all the stars and gave the sun to rule by day and the moon and stars to rule by night. He wrote the story of His redemption into them as a failsafe against the enemy because our fall was a possibility because He gave us free will. So he put a blessing in the curse and wrote out His Word in the heavens as a witness along with his creation on earth. Earth was actually made before the heavens on the fourth day - Wednesday. Father I pray that you will open our hearts and minds to understand just how much you love us. You know everything about us and there is no place we can go where You cannot find me. May your light shine brightly in me. Thank you for proving to me today that nothing is impossible for You. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
