Last week, Beth stripped down to a bathing suit top, causing the board to lose it and call for a recess. This week, she wore a breast binder - something given to young girls FOR FREE in schools.
Beth is an absolute master as calling out the sheer hypocrisy of these boards who force girls to strip down in front of boys, and provide free mutilation gear, but lose their minds seeing a grown woman in a bathing suit and a breast binder.

I asked the board, why are girls as young as 12 receiving free breast binders without their parents’ knowledge? Why are CommuniCare gender affirming clinicians meeting in secret with kids in Davis public schools? Excellent reporting from @CaliforniaGlobe and @KATYSaccitizen on my concerns. Puberty is necessary. Maybe what we need to do is figure out how to let kids find their space without pushing them into one WE think will “fix” them. Maybe they are not broken, maybe its a normal thing to feel “different “ why not start there? ❤️
