When I log into ubisoft with my xbox credentials. I am logged into a ubisoft account that is not mine....... Please fix this @UbisoftSupport @Ubisoft Evan436 is not me!

Day 200 of me trying to get my xbox account back. @UbisoftSupport is no help, keeps asking for proof of purchase for R6 on steam. When I own the game on their app. I literally show proof of me logged into my xbox account and thats not enough. @Rainbow6Game please help!
