FRICCIONES LATENTES 💫 Collective drop featuring pieces developed during the MIXING ERA: Local & Creative Generative AI Workshop, led by @Sulki4n. This collective practice unfolds in an indeterminate territory, a suspended space where images have not yet fully formed, and begin to vibrate beneath the skin of the sensitive. The digital experience — with its torrent of data and promises of control — fractures with each creative gesture, allowing a current of chance, vulnerability, and a longing for wonder to seep through. ✨ ‘Fricciones Latentes’ explores that fertile clash: the handmade versus the automated, chromatic innocence versus the rush of acceleration, care versus unfiltered exhibitionism. Each contribution from the group acts as a micro-failure in the system, a fold where poetic urgencies find shelter. In the noise of automation, seeking sensitivity becomes an act of resistance. We ask ourselves whether, in the fleeting nature of our bodies, we will be able to accompany the technological beast we have unleashed.
