@niakjaw I think it's just a fundamental thing to read it, even if someone read that book it doesn't mean that he is A-player (me for example XD i consider my self as a B-player rn)
English

@spencepawliw it's becoming a new top spender in my CBO with my KPI's and i am able to scale the budget because of it
English

@DanielMeyZahav @Daggerecom fresh concepts and better understanding of the avatar and also same messaging/angle but different format of the ad, but currently 80% of my results are coming from ripped ads, but also new formats are starting printing great and i am scaling this also (the native ads style ads)
English

@FilipSobczyk6 @Daggerecom what opened the scale in your opinion
and congrats for getting scale fast

All the ecom mentorships I’ve joined and what I would rate them.
1. Sebastian esqueda - was ran by his friend and honestly 10/10 did what it needed to to help me get my first success in ecom
2. Jose Torres - also super good. 8/10 helped me understand the process to test products quickly and the mentality behind beating competitors and media buying was super good.
3. Ecom moose - 6/10 was pretty solid mainly learned team building but tbh the guy is super busy and the chats were a bit dead. But I really look up to moose and hope I can get to his scale in the future.
4. Evolve - a bit too early to give a rating but so far the community is insane and everyone in there is actually willing to help each other out.

@DanielMeyZahav @Daggerecom imo Zakaria will be easier to understand at first, when it comes to capital I am not sure, I started 2 years ago with like 10$ a day budget and I just scaled it after one month after I found a winning ad (which i just ripped from US -> EU)
English

@FilipSobczyk6 @Daggerecom how much capital do u recommend to have in order to fund the ecom store while being in zakaria mentorship
and what is better evolve or zakaria in your opinion
English

@PyszaIek Ty też niezły high iq individual xd
wstawił on posta 4 dni temu w którym napisał „w następnych tygodniach”.

this cowork agent knows which ads will print money 😱
here's the system that knows what meta doesn't:
step 1: pull the raw data
→ pulls @Meta ads, GA4 + your source of truth (ie @hubspot, @Calendly or a csv)
→ assumes broken UTMs, disconnected tools, no data eng
step 2: map ads by angle
→ agent re-groups every ad by MESSAGE family (teardown, save-time, founder-led, etc.)
→ your best message is usually scattered across 3 campaigns + 2 audiences. meta can't see that.
→ now you can answer the only thing that matters: which angle is producing $
step 3: score buyers not clicks
→ not CTR. not CPL. not ROAS.
→ bookings. signups. revenue. whatever moves YOUR business.
→ 4 questions every day: what's real, what's fake, what's leaking, what's underfed
step 4: the 4 outcome truths
→ REAL WINNER: strong clicks + strong buyers = scale
→ FAKE WINNER: strong clicks + garbage buyers = cut. no hesitation.
→ LEAK: good ad + broken page = rebuild page
→ UNDERFED: quiet crusher at 9% of budget = feed it
step 5: find what's breaking
→ tells you exactly where it breaks: ad, page, or follow-through
→ last week it caught a founder-psychology ad landing on a generic SaaS page converting 34% below account average
→ not "something's off." but specific. actionable.
step 6: 1 minute brief
→ 60 seconds brief. lands in cowork/telegram
→ every rec ships with a confidence tag. low data = no rec
step 7: memory that compounds
→ week 1 finds the obvious fake winners
→ week 4 it pre-flags curiosity hooks before they become the next fake winner
→ every cycle is smarter than the last
input: meta account + GA4 + one outcome source
output: real winners. fake winners. leaks. what to do next.
the old way:
→ triple whale: $300/mo
→ northbeam: $500/mo
→ hyros: $500/mo
→ data analyst: $8K/mo
= $9,300/mo of "it depends"
this: $0
I packaged the entire system as the Outcome Kit.
3 claude cowork agents + 12 skills:
- data reader (meta + GA4 + outcomes. source truth only)
- diagnostician (angle mapping + 4 outcome truths scoring)
- brief writer (concrete moves + pattern memory)
also works with @openclaw and hermes (@nousresearch).
giving it away free.

I'm going to delete this post in 48 hrs...
Because I just dropped the full MASTERCLASS guide on how to cook UNLIMITED winning ads on Facebook.
This is the exact TOP-TIER system we use to consistently find winners in accounts spending $500K+/month (even after months of testing duds).
We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients…
But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE.

I found a Shopify brand running 900+ AI-generated ads on Meta 🤯
They're publishing 20 new AI UGC creatives every single day.
So I pulled their entire Ad Library and broke down exactly how they're doing it.
Most DTC brands are grinding to produce 10 creatives a month.
This brand is shipping 20 per day.
AI-generated testimonials. Unboxings. Demos. Lifestyle content.
All without a single creator on payroll.
What I found when I dug in:
→ 900+ ads live in their Meta Ad Library
→ AI-generated video across every single creative
→ Dozens of hook variations tested daily
→ Same product, completely different angles
→ Clear patterns in where the budget's going
I recorded a full breakdown showing:
→ The AI tools they're using
→ Exact creative formats getting scale
→ Hook structures that keep repeating
→ How they're keeping brand consistency with AI
→ How to replicate this for your own brand
