@ScotRail Thanks. To be clear, im not saying a total ban again (though i did like it) as people should be able to have a drink if they want one. Its more the folks unable to handle a drink, unable to behave with a drink in them or think all the carriage is a mobile pub.

@ScotRail really need to put at least an alcohol-free coach on every service as the total alcohol ban was lifted. In the last week ive seen 3 people put off trains for being drunk loud & disruptive and today sitting beside a drunk guy who has gone through 5 cans in an hour.

Closing in on 9 months since I had my spell in hospital with heart failure. Went into hospital weighing 136kg. Weighed in at 95kg today. Gym 3 days a week for 6 weeks. Getting stronger & fitter. No booze/caffeine/refined sugar. Not gonna die now. 💪

Not been well last few months. Bluelighted to Aberdeen and spent a week in the cardiac care unit. Long term (probably genetic) issue resulted in a few problems with my heart. Will spend the next year rehabilitating. Lots of lifestyle changes, hopefully come out fighting fit.

Morning @scotrail can you let me know why I was unable to use my Club 50 railcard this morning on my return fare from Nairn to Inverness. The option was greyed out on ticket machine and the app shows no discount. It has worked every day until now.

Well I have to say I have had an interesting week. Starting with ongoing chest pains on Sunday night into Monday morning, previously been told it was a muscle strain. Turns out I had three heart attacks that night 🙈 went to the local hospital who sent me straight to raigmore

Seen this shite my whole bastarding life. Everything is waiting on the last game in the group stage and they make a right arse of it. Tonight’s performance was cowardly and Scotland deserved nothing.
