New from @elliwsan More than 1,300 voters in Cardiff left without postal ballots, council confirms. Royal Mail says they were never printed, despite council claims to the contrary previously.

@cardiffcouncil @Plaid_Cymru @WalesGreenParty @WelshLabour our postal votes didn’t arrive like many others haven’t. I know they are delivering by hand today but we are already away from home. Why can’t we switch to emergency proxy vote? This is serious disenfranchisement
