@AvantiWestCoast I’ve tried to create a Delay Repay account about five times but your website won’t send me a verification code. I’ve tried ringing customer service but every option leads to a dead end where the automated voice hangs up on me. Please please please help! 😩

@thetrainline my 3:33pm train from Birmingham Intl to London Euston was cancelled today so I was unable to collect my 3 year old from nursery. I got back eventually but it caused a lot of disruption. I think I’m eligible for a refund but your app doesn’t seem to?What should I do?

@thetrainline I was able to reach my destination but not at the very specific time I needed to (hence booking that train) And the train I caught was about 35 minutes later so longer than the 15 minutes “delay and repay” cut off

@Finamoray Morning Emma, Sorry to hear your service was affected by the disruptions. Can you confirm if you were able to reach your destination with your ticket albeit disrupted or did you have to find an alternative means of travel? Thanks, Lisa
