Toughest draw but not impossible. Keep the faith! 🤞🟠⚪️ Sadly this is the first game of the season I will be unable attend as away to Portugal, and usually that's a sign we win, so here's hoping we get past this and get another day out!

Underrated thing to do during the World Cup if you live in a metropolis is to go to a local bar from whatever country is playing to watch the games, I’m in a German bar right now and I’ll be heading to a Japanese bar later

@PeteFarrell14 Maybe it can’t be easily manipulated but cultural change is real. Mexico has produced many great baseball players after Fernando Valenzuela became a star. Baseball only became one of the most popular sports in Korea in like the 40s and they made the WBC final in 2009.

Consistent excellence at sports is cultural and cannot be easily manipulated Why are kids in Brazil good at soccer? Kids in D4 good at rugby? Kids in Norway good at skiing? Kids in Kilkenny at hurling? Cos from toddlers it’s drilled into them

Cork beat Donegal in Ballybofey. Not something I thought I'd say when I woke up this morning. Sherlock looked heroic once again. Donegal will probably go through to Croker anyway, but making things really hard for themselves. If they fail again it's a travesty for Donegal.
