If a company has high returns on capital, an increase in CapEx should be highly value accretive. $META is a perfect example of this.
More people ought to understand the numbers rather than the story alone. Of course, Ackman is right again.

Even NBA players think $META AI capex is the bear thesis... Bill Ackman: “If a company is increasing growth capex while earning above average returns, you should applaud.” That simple.

@APompliano I don't think the government will default anytime soon. But you should own assets to help mitigate the risk of inflation and dollar debasement as well.

If the dollar is debased, assets will inflate.
If assets are inflated, savers will fall behind.
If savers fall behind, socialism will rise.
If socialism rises, the government will default.
If the government defaults, you better hope you are holding gold and bitcoin.

@AlphaOwlTrading Literally accelerated top and bottom lines growth here. 33% revenue and 22% operating income growth YoY. The more they spend, the more they grow. Maybe not every company, but that's why I said returns on capital is so important.
