Saturday Velo training for 2026 started today. We got 6 dozen new @MarvTraining balls just for velo, retiring our old Marv balls for standard practice. All gas no Brakes!

I’m so excited to be signed with Gamecocks Softball, playing with an amazing team and for incredible coaches! I also want other girls to know that everyone’s path is different - and to not give up. I came into high school after losing most of two years with injuries. My first two years of high school, I hardly saw the field. I saw all the posts about mail that players were getting from different schools, and invitations to camps. That was never me. I received only one piece of mail before the September of my junior year. I never was invited to a camp. I was hopeful, and I didn’t give up. But it wasn’t ever easy, and there were plenty of reasons to quit, or lower my goals. By the time my contact period began after my Junior year, 20 schools had reached out, from every Power 4 conference. I was so happy to be noticed… but my journey humbled me. To others with similar goals, don’t give up. Remember your goals, and don’t worry if your timeline isn’t the same as others. Thank you to my coaches, teammates and parents. I can’t wait to get started in Columbia. Spurs Up! @GamecockSoftbll @MCCheetahs

Saturday’s skills video shoots concluded with 4 great players from Finesse 15U-Lindell. 2028’s @sailor_lindell, @LilyJvidra5, and @SophiaSteinman as well as 2029 @MackBarker99 all got their recruiting process started off on the right foot by shooting their skills video.
