Most websites don’t have a traffic problem. Their conversions are low as fuck. You can pump in ads, content, whatever… But if your site doesn’t convert, you’re just leaking money. People don’t read every single word They skim it fast as fuck. If they don’t get what you do in a few seconds, they’re gone. Simple as that. Most sites look good. But they don’t do shit. No real offer. No reason to act. No clear message. Just vibes and wasted potential. A website that converts is simple: Clear message Strong offer Obvious next step Miss one, and you’re losing clients daily. Your website should be selling for you. 24 by 7. Building trust. Driving action. Closing people before you even get on a call. If it’s not doing that, it’s holding your business back. Hard. If you’re tired of guessing why your site isn’t performing: DM me “WEBSITE” And I'll turn your website into a money magnet.

@thekevinfinley Exactly. Taking 100 calls with people having 0 intent of buying will still lead to a zero.

If your CPL looks great but your pipeline isn’t growing, something is off. Cheap leads feel good on paper, but they often come with low intent. Your sales team ends up chasing people who were never qualified to begin with. More volume won’t fix this. Better filtering, stronger messaging, and tighter ICP will.

Your website should print leads and sales on autopilot. Not sit there looking cute while you grind harder. I design converting sites that set you apart. Charge more. Close more. Tired of mediocre results? DM me web

@thekevinfinley One of the worst feelings tbh. Once everything is running smooth and good and then suddenly without any signal it starts going downhill.

Most ad accounts look fine. Until they don’t. No warnings. No clear errors. Just: • Declining performance • Rising costs • Inconsistent delivery And by the time you notice? It’s already affecting revenue. The problem isn’t visibility. It’s what’s happening behind the scenes. That’s what needs to be managed.

@feruznayimov Most ask claude to "write a post about blah blah, make sure it goes viral on twitter" What they don't understand is it depends on the people who you are writing to, not the algo. If you target properly, you win Btw, wanted to ask you something. Just sent a dm

Amateur Ghostwriters who can't go viral no matter how much they try don't have "hook problems" Their AI flop tweet is so fucked that no format can fix that. #1 rule in CONTENT: always target people's pain, not algo

Funny how it is But after looking at thousands of websites, I find one thing in common to all. There is ALWAYS room for improvement. You may think yours is at its best right now, but there will always be things you can change and make better which will lead to better results

@IstvanicMarin Really funny tbh, they vibe code things just to save costs and then wonder why it always fails and doesn't work. Btw wanted to ask you a question, just sent a dm

It's just funny how you have these agencies boasting how they vibe coded new Motion or Ad Manage to save cost, but then failing to set up a proper ad account structure or creative testing campaign.

If your top spending ad is doing the heavy lifting of bringing people into the funnel with clicks and add to carts, it can afford to have a slightly higher CPA than the rest of your ads. Focus on making ads that bring people into the funnel. TOF ads should be your main priority
Cami Moo@iveth4758

@benradack Does it really matter if people are adding to cart if they’re not buying? Sounds like you’re celebrating participation trophies in advertising.

@byjoni_ THIS. Most freelancers just think they need to improve their skills, nothing wrong in that but when you have clients that do t value your skills and the results you get them, it won't make a difference. Btw wanted to ask you something, just sent a dm

The shift isn’t “how do I scale this?” It’s “what happens if I do?” What fails first: Sales Delivery Retention So many people wait to ask that question until it’s already messy. That’s expensive. This is the layer we spend most of our time on now. Not getting something to work… Making sure it holds when you push it. If you’re in that stage where things work but don’t feel stable… you already know. Tomorrow I’ll break down each of the key businesses that built my career - how they scaled, when they broke, and how we pushed through. Keep an eye out.

@thekevinfinley So true. I see a lot of businesses running ads just for the love of the game and because they heard it works, but most don't even track anything. Btw wanted to ask you something, just sent a dm

Running ads without structure is expensive. It just doesn’t look like it yet. Campaigns are live. Leads are coming in. Revenue feels “okay.” But underneath: • No clear testing process • No real data tracking • No scaling rules So when performance drops? There’s nothing to rely on. Just guesswork.
