But interesting you were a loud voice for the passage of that bill, which just so happened to be stuffed inside the National Defense Authorization Act, which specifically makes it as difficult as making an amendment. Either 2/3 of senate or separate legal act of congress. Was this before it after you were asked to be SoS? What is so important to you, and all the other Washington cronies, to keep the door open for #Ukraine to join NATO? 🤔
