I will 99% refund the fees i spent at @opensea in the last 4 months. Honestly if there's an option to just downgrade my chest i would take that, but as we seen looks like they just want to get done with this refund thing asap. They don't even bother making a simple button to press on the website for refund. Some reasons I chose to refund: 1. I still got all complete treasures from Beta to Wave 2 with half of it being the max tier. With this I still got plenty of exposure even tho i forfeit my 4 treasures with an extra security of cash. 2. Uncertainty on the TGE timeline, if this happens in the next bull cycle which most likely be near the BTC halving period which will be in ~2 years then i'd rather put this money elsewhere, even in BTC which if it reached it's previous ATH alone can give me a decent 2x. 3. How they handle the partial refunds, the way they cherry pick and determine the value of the items given to notably big spenders where i think they should be rewarding instead on their platform is just a clear red flag to me. x.com/leftvy/status/… x.com/cry_bebi/statu… One thing I don't like is how they markup the Beezie's Voucher value, which we dunno how the number $58 even came from. I'm not all that math guy but with rough calculation from the total of beezies voucher given from wave 3-6 x the $ markup value from them, i think OS saves themselves up to 6 figs. 4. Another possible farming campaign, with waves 3-6 treasures being "nullified" i think it gives another reason for them to do another incentive campaign which will dilute our share even more. I think those are the reasons why i will do a refund, which i think is very strong. Now, for some reasons i won't do a refund, 1. In the span of 18 days they confirm that allocations on these treasures are fixed, which i think is impossible looking at the fact how they do refunds and stuff. 2. Strong commitment to a new TGE timeline, which i also think is impossible. 3. If i got a jackpot of 6-7 figures of money in the span of 18 days. For those still saying that, yall should just organically trade there or whatever. I'd say you live in a cave or a total hypocrite, I dare you organically trade after wave 1 in this market and reach those top tier chests naturally, i'm sure that these top chests were even made for those who willing to burned a lot or farm in the first place, else why don't stop at tier 8 or 9 or 10 or even make this chest system. That's it from me. I'm still hopeful they have a successful $SEA launch, for the sake of everyone in the space especially NFTs mfers but looking at how the team handle things rn, i'm pretty skeptical.
