Yep. To correct a long series of abuses, I am introducing legislation that removes the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and replaces the role with an Executive Director that reports to the Board (where authority resides). Former Chairs of the SEC are ineligible.

It is tragically sad and a sign of a potentially doomed future that it is almost a forgone conclusion that the two most likely candidates for President in 2024 is Trump and Biden. I don’t care who you support, my point is that it is sad that they will likely be the only choices.
