Firehawk is proud to officially announce the Great Plains Arsenal! In Lawton, Oklahoma we will produce over a million pounds of propellant per year, make a hundred thousand rocket motors annually, employ over hundred people, and generate hundreds of millions of dollars in economic impact for the state. We are thrilled to announce this first of its kind facility.

🚨 Today we're announcing a new multi-million-dollar contract with @AFResearchLab. Modern warfare is increasingly defined by industrial capacity. The ability to rapidly replenish munitions has become as important as the munitions themselves. Firehawk is building the manufacturing capacity to ensure the United States and its allies can produce the propulsion systems modern defense requires.

BREAKING: Today Firehawk successfully demonstrated a static fire of the Hydra-70 rocket.   With Hydra-70 seeing increased use in the APKWS counter-drone mission, Firehawk is building toward becoming a second source supplier, expanding domestic capacity to support the growing demand.

Firehawk is excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with LIG Defense and Aerospace.   This strategic partnership will drive the joint development and production of advanced Solid Rocket Motor (SRM) propulsion systems for 70mm–140mm tactical weapon platforms. By combining Firehawk’s cutting-edge commercial SRM technology with LIG D&A’s world-class defense integration expertise, the collaboration will deliver high-performance, cost-effective propulsion solutions at scale.   Designed for the most demanding missions, this partnership will strengthen capabilities in precision strike and Counter-UAS (C-UAS) operations across global markets.

The Great Plains Arsenal will begin commissioning buildings on our 340 acre facility before the end of 2026, with full-scale production scheduled to begin in 2027. More updates to come!

Our motors are getting bigger, so our test capability had to follow. @FirehawkAero’s new test stand in Midland is now capable of testing motors up to 100,000 lbf. Time to put it to work.
