Friends, I’ve been around politics for over 50 years. I’ve never seen anything as brazenly crooked and corrupt as what Trump and his cronies did today.

The slush fund. The ballroom. The IRS get-out-of-jail-free card. Donald Trump isn’t serving the American people — he’s serving himself. And he thinks you’re dumb enough to fall for it.

@BenBeckerANjax So Carrico wanted to put his boss at the Boys and Girls Club on the JEA Board to help the JEA Board to agree to give the land to the Boys and Girls Club rather than the BGC having to pay a lot of money for it. Do I have it right?

This isn’t hard: taxpayers should not be forced to fund a Christian nationalist rally. The "split" comes from people trying to rewrite the Constitution and redefine America as a religious nation when it was founded on secular government and religious freedom for all.
ABC 10News San Diego@10News

Legal experts are split on whether "Rededicate 250," a prayer event backed by taxpayer funds and private donations, is constitutional. 10news.com/life/faith-and…

I think Paul Renner has excellent detailed policy plans which are trans partisan- for home owners property taxes, for health freedom, AI perimeters, Parental rights, and protecting FL’s environment, esp from Hyperscale Data Centers. Paul is a Floridian, Byron is from NY and Collins from Montana. Renner is a watchman for FL, for our water supply, especially the FL Aquifer. You continue to frame your articles against Paul Renner though you write about him. He is a stand out human being, a leader, man of graciousness and integrity. You know he has a sterling resume, is selfless veteran, is the most qualified legislatively and to run the state economy. The other major candidates have not accomplished a fraction of Paul’s life resume. Btw, No one I know eats at Applebees.

Yes let’s get in the Time Machine before 10 million of the biggest idiots — er, political refugees —- in this country moved to this state to buy subdivision houses in swamps and eat Applebees.

@AGGancarski Could be. All you need is enough money to compete. Ask Marco.

I don’t advocate for any candidate. I do mock delusional behavior.
Nancy McGowan@GatorGirlFL1

@AGGancarski Okay now you are not worth responding to. You know the resumes of the candidates, you want David Jolly a (D) to be Governor therefore you advocate for anyone but Paul Renner who is the only candidate who would steamroll him.

This is outright theft. Trump is stealing $1.7 BILLION of your money to set up a totally unprecedented, first-in-American-history political slush fund that he can use to dole out cash to win loyalty and favors for him and his family.

No — “one Nation under God” is not who we’ve “always been.” What has defined America from the beginning is religious freedom: a nation where people of every faith and no faith are equal citizens. The government shouldn’t rewrite history to promote religion.
Department of State@StateDept

On this day 250 years ago, our forefathers gathered for a national day of fasting and prayer. Today, Americans will come together again as one Nation under God. This is who we are and who we’ve always been.
