@Firetalk97 @FireTransfers no. he isn’t a starting level MLS CB rn and that’s ok! the team would be worse and you risk completely wrecking his confidence and development. CB is a difficult position to play, especially as a literal teenager against grown men. this attitude would hurt player AND club.

to be clear - Cupps is fighting to be CB4 on a team competing for trophies He’s behind a top end MLS vet CB in Jack Elliott and two guys who may START at the WC. unfortunately, given the state of American soccer, the best place for Cupps to develop right now is Fire II #cf97

@w3stw3stw3st @FutisLife67 Listen man I don’t think Brady is being “robbed” of a national team spot. There’s a reason he’s just outside the bubble and moments like the first goal are why. It’s fine, he’ll get there but you can’t ignore the inconsistencies.

Absolutely wrong take on Brady, who had 8 saves on the night. -FCC underperformed their xG -Of their 3 goals, 1 was a PK (by Evander), 1 was an own goal that Lev Yashin, Buffon & Manuel Neuer all would have had 0 chance on Chris Brady is why #cf97 got a point not an L Period.
