You're seeing the results of the BLM post-Floyd permission structures erected by cowardly white leftists.
The BLM riots taught blacks they can behave any damn way they please in any public space - in way they choose. There are no rules. Previous rules went up in smoke when they torched the AutoZone's, Targets, and other businesses across the country.
"Equality under the law" has been suspended at scale.
In 2020 the Democrats gave blacks this privilege and they are not about to relinquish it. Who would ever voluntarily surrender this degree of licensure?
As far as Democrats are concerned, this is perfectly fine. The melanin insulates blacks from consequences.
Everything is now the fault of white people. Blacks are invincible and to be worshiped.

The whole concept of an “insanity plea” is total nonsense. If someone is too delusional to understand that they aren’t supposed to randomly shoot people, that’s all the more reason to simply execute them. Society is not morally obligated to keep psychotic killers alive until they die of old age. It’s madness.

A Seattle man who shot and killed an eight-month pregnant Korean-American woman and nearly killed her husband when they were driving to work has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state. After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was "insane" at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion.
