Okay this is tough but necessary... Farewell, Tezos 💜 You gave me more than I could have imagined when I first arrived. Looking back at ARCADIA, Share4Tez (and seeing that referral chart still live on Objkt), TezTones, ZeroContract + the FOC projects I still deeply believe in, and, of course, the birth of Retro Man Universe, I can see how important this chapter has been. I'm grateful to everyone who crossed paths with me here. Collectors, collaborators, builders, and dear friends. Thank you for the encouragement, opportunities, conversations, and the chance to create alongside you. But every chapter has its season, and I know it's time for me to move forward and give my full attention to what comes next. This means there won't be any more mints from me 💜 What I've built here comes with me. Excited for the road ahead.

I'm a bit disappointed. I won an auction for a piece from a new, small artist, but I haven't received any thank you, message, or acknowledgment at all. For someone who's just starting out, basic courtesy like a simple "thank you" really goes a long way. Not the best style.

you’re not owed anything because you bought someone’s art, regardless the size of their audience. are you buying it because you like it, or because you’re expecting an interaction? you also have no idea what’s going on in that person’s life, maybe they’re doing their job and making more art.
if you’re buying art expecting anything other than “i can’t wait to put this on my wall,” you’re doing it for the wrong reasons.

You won an auction. So you got what you've paid for: the art. With the art comes the work, emotions, and passion the artist put into it.
The artist doesn't owe you any more beyond that.
