Shared success fuels shared growth. To support First Solar’s expansion, @nsgpilkington (NSG Group) built a new $380M float glass plant in Luckey, Ohio. The facility generated 150 jobs to produce high-tech glass for our solar modules. From scrap to steel—right here in Alabama. At Nucor’s Decatur plant, metal fragments from SA Recycling are transformed into new steel. Heated to 3,000 °F, this recycled metal is poured, rolled, and zinc-coated to create high-quality steel—again and again, without losing strength. This steel keeps our Decatur factory running — delivered fast and close to home. With partners minutes from our plant, we cut transit time, reduce delays, and keep production humming at scale — about 15,000 modules a day, which means 30,000 steel rails. We recently opened our new solar module manufacturing facility in Iberia Parish, Louisiana. It was an extraordinary celebration of American energy dominance and reindustrialization. At 2.4 million square feet, this massive facility is 11 times the size of the Louisiana Superdome. It creates over 800 new manufacturing jobs with an average compensation package of $90,000.
