@TrackDavidson The go to here should be a Physical Therapist/Musculoskeletal Specialist. There is a reason an athlete is in pain or injured and the root problem needs to be addressed to speed up return to sport as well as to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I do not understand doctors telling kids to take 2 weeks off from running without actually diagnosing the injury. It’s 2021; it shouldn’t be a guessing game anymore. The generic “2 weeks off” might work if you know what’s wrong, but its a lazy & incompetent response if you don’t.
