We have been warned. If returned to Govt, the SNP plan on immediately introducing a "trans inclusive" conversion therapy ban, which in all likelihood will make it a criminal offence to help confused children accept their sex and feel comfortable with their bodies.

If the Irish Supreme Court decides that the human rights of 2,807 male asylum seekers were breached by the State when they were not given accommodation upon their arrival to Ireland, the country is finished. They will have enshrined into law that immigrants have a right to be housed in your country. The floodgates will remain open. Your kids will never be able to own a home while our country remains a popular creche for economic migrants pretending to be refugees. And the saddest thing of all will be that it is our fault for choosing public representatives who will not stand up to the NGO's, the human rights lawyers and the media. All three of these groups have distorted the law in our country to such an extent that the Irish people will have become second class citizens. #HowIrelandWorks

On Sunday we heard that the Macmillan Charity are making LGBTQ patients a priority for their cancer support. Now we hear that the LGBTQ are being given priority treatment for affordable housing. Why? This isn’t inclusivity. It’s exclusivity. The LGB people I know never wanted to be treated differently.

I am very wary of reports that the UK is now within range of Iranian ballistic missiles. But if the reports are true, let’s be in no doubt: the UK has no defences against such missiles. No dedicated national ballistic missile defence (BMD) system for intercepting intermediate- or intercontinental-range threats aimed at the homeland. No ground-based interceptors (like US THAAD or Patriot systems in Europe) deployed in Britain for this purpose. In theory our T-45 warships could provide some cover. But most are currently undeployable or not in UK waters. Leaving us defenceless from ballistic missile attack. Another massive military failure of the political class of all recent governments.

If that's true then I will file it with Dublin council renaming Xmas lights 'winter lights' for inclusion purposes. It's tiresome and I can understand people's annoyance.

This is what a 34 week old baby looks like outside the womb. The UK just voted in favor of killing an unborn child at this age. For no reason, just because someone wants to. They call it “reproductive rights” because they refuse to call it what it is: murder.

Today I challenged the Minister on sentencing for child sexual abuse material offences.
Possession is not a victimless crime. Every image is abuse. Every download repeats that harm.
Yet suspended sentences continue.
The Minister will not introduce minimum sentences.
That is wrong.
• No national data on sentencing outcomes
• Estimated 50–150 suspended sentences in recent years
• Many cases avoid immediate custody
Where is the deterrent?
I will keep pushing for accountability and consistency in sentencing.
