Attorney General Ken Paxton
Today is a monumental day in the fight to stop the radical transgender movement. My office helped establish the first-ever Detransition Clinic, secured millions, and have ensured that the deranged child mutilators who hurt our kids are fired and held accountable.

BREAKING: Texas AG Ken Paxton secured a MAJOR settlement victory against Texas Children's Hospital, which requires them to open a detransition clinic and pay $10 million for illegally performing gender-based surgical and chemical castrations. BIG WIN

Western society is currently divided between people who know this is a man and are prepared to say so and those who know this is a man but lie out of obedience to an ideology. There is no third option. Literally nobody on earth thinks "Roxanne Tickle" is actually a woman.

‘I won’t stand for any misgendering’ ‘The newly elected Kenny Gibson says when it comes to preferred pronouns, MSPs should respect what people wish to be called’ @thetimes Is Gibson really planning to try to compel belief affirmative speech, and restrict legal and accurate speech, under threat of penalty? New schools being built in Scotland breach the law relating to separate toilet facilities for boys and girls. Not my words but that of solicitors working in our Councils. ‘SOLAR’ are the membership body for local authority lawyers. One wrote the following to their Councils Director of Education in December 2025 - 8 months after UKSC judgment in @ForWomenScot v Ministers case and of parents v Scottish Borders Council at Court of Session, which made clear schools must have separate sex bathroom provision.👇

@HumzaYousaf Why not start with your mosque: have a rally round Q trans and non binary inclusion day? You could have in drag queens, gay men in fetish wear, let Muslim women into the men’s areas to experience gender fluidity - brilliant eh? You can show non Muslims how to do inclusion!

Nobody should face threats of violence, or physical intimidation when going to work. However, I would like people to have some consistency. Reform MSPs should not be facing that either; and women branded 'TERF' have had barely any sympathy from anyone for years - quite the opposite - even when being threatened with death by jackhammer. And what of all the pro-Palestine activists going to harass MPs at their constituency offices? Just stop all of it. Stop justifying politicial aggression and intimidation when it is in support of your own pet causes and ignoring it against opponents. If Q has indeed had threats to his safety - which he may well have had - that is absolutely not on, whatsoever. Criticising the legislation that allowed a non-citizen to stand for election, and that the Scottish Greens so enthusiastically made use of is NOT abuse, though. It is not racist, or bigoted, at all. Nor is critiquing Q's - and the entire Scottish Green party's - gender identity ideology, and opposition to women's sex-based rights. If that is what is included in this accusation of 'pile on', just stop. Could Scotland grow up, please? These are serious issues.

Humza Yousaf has branded those who led a 'pile on' towards a trans Green MSP as 'shameful,' after they had to be escorted through Scottish Parliament by security guards following days of abuse after their election #Echobox=1778848925-1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">thenational.scot/news/26110456.…

@maggiemellon @HumzaYousaf It says more about Parliament itself than it does about people posting on Twitter that someone needs additional security INSIDE what is already the most heavily policed and secure building in Scotland.

JUSTICE SERVED: The four Palestine Action activists; Charlotte Head (29), Samuel Corner (23), Leona Kamio (30), and Fatema Rajwani (21) were convicted of criminal damage (one also of GBH without intent) after a retrial at Woolwich Crown Court for breaking into an Elbit Systems UK factory near Bristol in August 2024 and smashing drones/equipment. They were not charged with any terrorism offences. The jury convicted them only on the criminal damage counts and was never told about any terrorist connection (reporting restrictions kept it secret until this week). However, the judge (Mr Justice Johnson) made a pre-trial ruling in March 2025 that the offences appeared to have a “terrorist connection” under s1(1)(b) of the Terrorism Act 2000. He has now confirmed this can be considered at sentencing. Sentencing is scheduled for 12th June 2026. At that hearing the judge will make a separate finding (to the criminal standard of proof) on whether there was a terrorist connection. If he does (which looks very likely given his earlier detailed ruling), the activists face: ▶️Much harsher prison terms: full sentence served unless a parole board releases them after two-thirds (not the usual 40% automatic release). ▶️Lifelong “terrorist” registration after release, they must notify police of phones, emails, bank accounts, relationships, etc., or risk going back to prison. The judge has already signalled strong agreement that influencing a foreign government via property damage counts as a terrorist purpose, even though the protest predated Palestine Action’s (controversial and currently-under-appeal) proscription as a terrorist group. This is an unprecedented use of the “terrorist connection” rule in a straight criminal-damage case. Pleased they’re guilty. Hoping for the maximum harsh sentences under terrorism rules. No more treating violent extremists like peaceful protesters. theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/m…

@maggiemellon @ForWomenScot @HumzaYousaf Also, are we supposed to believe Muslims would take Q to be anything other than a gay man, and an abomination as such? The queers may love Palestine but the love isn’t reciprocated 💀

@HumzaYousaf has said NOTHING about women being threatened, spat on, drowned out, and silenced right outside his Parliament. Or about women being denied entry by male security staff wearing rainbow lanyards for wearing suffragette scarves or Scottish Lesbian badges. And this young male is being protected? From who?
Humza Yousaf@HumzaYousaf

Shameful A young minority politician - who has broken no rules - is elected. Days after their election such is the abuse they suffer they have to be escorted by additional security staff. Those who have led the pile on to Q Manivannan should take a long hard look at themselves.

“The unionists want to be at Westminster” @akmaciver reacts to the news that Douglas Lumsden is set to run in the Aberdeen South Westminster by-election, just a few days after being re-elected to The Scottish Parliament. The seat will be vacated by Stephen Flynn who is leaving the House of Commons for Holyrood. Does this sum up the attitudes of Unionist and Nationalist politicians towards both parliaments? @CalumAM | @geoffaberdein
