@ImmyKaur I think this is now becoming the norm/benchmark - thank goodness ... At least in my world. People leaders are accountable for experience & culture, so much more focused on collective growth, inclusion, transparency, community and listening - the market (people) demands no less 👍

What does it mean to say, I want you to win, to succeed, to the do and be the best you can, in a HR lens, where everything is often set up in the opposite direction. What does collective HR look like, I want us all to win, together, how do we look out for each other together?

I hear a lot in HR how people are managed out of organisations, a process that wills them to fail so you can give them the boot or they leave voluntarily, happened to me once. What if you do everything in your power for them to win, achieve their best potential?

As an approach it's CBT based, focuses on behaviour/visual tools, in reality adults need wider support & I advocate emergent/ eclectic approaches 👍
