uses bilinear interpolation for image smoothing, and jacobi for the simulation itself. these things are not light on my laptop's CPU haha

@Fizzyhex E.g: if an engineer implements PBR their screenshot might be 10 spheres showcasing every combination of settings. An artist will use a fraction of that to make a beautiful scene but it tends to have a wider media impact because the general public understands it better.

The comparison between an engineer cleanly showcasing a feature vs a 3D artist integrating it into a stunning scene is really interesting. I think it's often the difference between between "oh, nice!" and "OMFG I thought it was Unreal!!11" even though it's the same engine.
