This is the respect of vibecoders towards the people that spent years making the Vita scene what it is. Not only they parasite off others work and a tech that enables them to do stuffs they're not even remotely qualified to do, but on top of it they literally spit on actual devs.

The people who are complaining about AI use in programming have never had to deal with the mental strain of needing to deep dive to solve problems that are hyper specific and niche, using systems that aren’t well documented (or behind a bunch of gatekept white papers/academics)

Alas, I have figured out method binding. Inspired by Godot's bindings, I can now bind a C++ class method to Luau. In this example, I have 'TestObject::test_method' being bound, and then I am pushing an instance of that object to Luau under 'test.obj', then calling test_method.

Along with this, Roblox needs to bring back legacy support for older, broken games, and games who's creators went inactive. 18+ accounts should be able to play games that worked with old Roblox clients, sandboxed, or something, there's so many old gems that aren't maintained

Not a joke. I’m serious. Obviously this wouldn’t work with every live service game on Roblox, but there’s a handful of games that I should be able to play offline. If Roblox is serious about expanding into older age groups, then that should also come with supporting detailed single player story games. There’s some games I wish I could play that I just can’t because I’m in an area with poor internet. Why can’t I download something like Piggy: Intercity and play it single player on an airplane?

Not surprised Roblox is here, though I do wonder what their take is on Stop Killing Games.
It'd obviously be difficult for them to enforce proper EoL support for games when there's no contractual publisher relationship between the corporation and people who make games on there.
