Once again, another unfortunate example of elitism in #Nepal , this time disguised as a youth policy conclave. It is disheartening to acknowledge that the organizers failed to include even a single individual from marginalized communities such as Madheshi, Dalit, Tharu, Muslim, and others as panelists in these important sessions. What is even more disheartening is the support of organizations like the @ilo International Labor Organization and @npBritish British Council, who espouse and advocate for inclusivity, yet continue to confine their showcase programs within the limited sphere of the morally bankrupt capital. True inclusiveness necessitates the active involvement of organizations and individuals based on the ground, not just those operating from Kathmandu. Merely operating from the capital and claiming to be "grassroots" falls short in bringing forth diverse perspectives and experiences. To truly progress, Nepal must embrace inclusivity and diversity in all aspects of society. #InclusiveSociety
