Absolutely abysmal service by @eonenergyuk. Called about a mistake bill for Jan 2020 even though we have been with the wonderful @EDF since Jan 2019. To be met with threats of Debt collection and being hung up on when trying to get this whole thing figured out

Another day, another poor response from @parcelforce . No worries if something went wrong and they actually attempted to fix the problem. Instead we are being disregarded. A parcel being downgraded for "insufficient documentation" yet noone has been able to tell us why?

Absolutely abysmal service by @parcelforce. Waiting 6 days for my special express global package to be delivered to Czech Republic to find out its been downgraded against my wishes. No call backs when promised, no explanation, no solutions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Some of the most abysmal customer service by @Daisy_Comms A week later and still no internet. They spent most of the week trying to fob the blame off on that. While other companies try to support their customer it appears Daisy Comms likes to pretend they don't exist.
