AMA on Design Thinking and first big in-person meetup of @NoDressDotCode team In a gamified format we discussed 🔎out-of-the-box techniques for identifying high impact problems within one’s areas of interest & 👍how to experiment with rapid prototypes to solve them. The range of topics we covered in 2,5 hours is mind-blowing: > how to pick a problem to work on: psychological aspects and practical tools > different motivation styles and how to adjust your work routine in accordance to yours; > functional, emotional, social dimension of the problem; > how to ensure the interests alignment within team; > creative ideas for prototyping and more.
