As important as validating ideas, it's validating assumptions! We had an amazing workshop on that topic and really had our eyes opened for the next steps: How to validate our assumptions and which ones might disrupt our business 🧠

"Early feedback is usually better than late criticism. ​ Delaying the conversation or stringing someone along with indirect feedback won't make them feel better once the real issue is finally addressed."

After brainstorming, our project is starting to take shape and it was time to build a prototype 🛠️ It will helps us have a clearer view of our customers opinion 👀

On wednesday we had our first offline meeting as a group! Unfortunately not everyone was able to join but it was so wonderful to finally meet in person and talk 🗣️about our strengths 💪and preferences 🎨 We also had a boost at our project and conducted some customer interviews 📝

AMA on Design Thinking and first big in-person meetup of @NoDressDotCode team In a gamified format we discussed 🔎out-of-the-box techniques for identifying high impact problems within one’s areas of interest & 👍how to experiment with rapid prototypes to solve them. The range of topics we covered in 2,5 hours is mind-blowing: > how to pick a problem to work on: psychological aspects and practical tools > different motivation styles and how to adjust your work routine in accordance to yours; > functional, emotional, social dimension of the problem; > how to ensure the interests alignment within team; > creative ideas for prototyping and more. Thanks to inspiring human who is not on X for facilitating this workshop. Let’s keep exploring, building, creating, our world is a bottomless idea bank, we just need to understand our people right! Being said so, I think @maridkobayashi is a great role model, because she's constantly reminding and reassuring us we don´t need to do everything perfect and as expected, but instead we should feel happy and proud of who we are and the progress we have made

There are several words that describe success, however none of them is Imperfection. Making mistakes it’s okay and it’s how we learn from them that make us growth. I've embraced the challenge of joining @NoDressDotCode hoping to try, fail and learn. And will share it with u here
