What a second. The @UCI_cycling Women’s Gravel World Championships are not being broadcasted - but the men’s 🌈 race will be? Are. You. Kidding. Me. This is not how you grow the sport and show you actually are invested in the ENTIRE sport of cycling. This doesn’t help with sponsorship dollars or revenue. Not only is it the right thing to do, it is a smart business action to take. Visibility is viability. I am no longer having a good day. Our sport which is as simple as all people riding and racing bikes and all those watching / supporting deserve better. Be better.

I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t wait for @seppkuss - I’ve watched Sepp ride for them countless times while commentating these past years, I’m a huge fan of his. He’s class. I didn’t enjoy watching that today, and I love bike racing, it made me feel 😞😡 #notclass

What's changed since I posted this: Kuss leads Evenepoel by 1:09, Roglic by 1:36, and Vingegaard by 2:22. Jumbo-Visma will ride to defend Kuss' red jersey up until the moment he cracks, which may or may not happen. For the moment, Vingegaard now in Sepp role. #LaVuelta23
