Ever noticed that news broadcasters use the term "people with schizophrenia" unless they've committed a crime, then they're "a schizophrenic"? This reduces ALL people with the condition to just their diagnosis and stigmatises them further. Please don't do this @BBCNews

@virginmedia We don't have any ethernet connected devices. Internet dropped out a couple of times for a while. Works OK rest of time. Was promised newer hub 2 or 3 years ago, but it never turned up. Assume service check flagging it just because it's outdated, but order unit link doesn't work

@FleaBagLady Hi there, sorry to hear that you've not been able to order a new hub when advised to by the service status page. What issues are you experiencing at home with the service? Is the internet dropping on just your WiFi or on ethernet connected devices as well?

@virginmedia Twice recently, when the internet's dropped and I've done a service check on mobile, page says we need a new modem with an order button on page. Clicking this takes me to a "how can we help you" page with no modem ordering option. Don't want 45mins on the phone!
