Incorrect. It shuts down nothing. It’s a nonspecific boilerplate answer which was only given when someone in parliament asked. NWBO took zero action to provide guidance. The fact that many of my fellow investors will read whatever they want into a boilerplate statement is discouraging.

@StonkMasterJ I absolutely believe that. To me it still doesn’t explain what’s going on & parliament has reiterated this today. NWBO & NICE would still have leverage within the wording for being in pre-submission discussions having ironed out issues. NICE decision could come close to Mhra.

@StonkMasterJ 1. I disagree because the claim that “nothing is happening with NICE” goes beyond the facts. NICE still lists DCVax-L as “in progress,” and Parliament has said thrice NICE is in discussions with NWBO about a possible appraisal, subject to approval. To me it’s a real signal.

@FlemmingBruce Come on DD, we know this is a boiler plate response. The NICE webpage says in progress so that's the answer they give. Nothing is happening until Linda provides an evidence submission. She specifically said at the ASM that they would pursue reimbursement AFTER the MAA is granted.

I feel your pain as we wait in silence, but I am genuinely asking (not challenging), what transparency or guidance would you expect and how would it benefit you? We’ve seen already that excellent clinical results, Phase 3 trial data, JAMA publication, confident ASM updates, legal framework changes, parliamentary pressure, complete overhauls of approvals systems, SI 87, real world data inclusion, compassionate use cases, Advent acquisition, NIH listing… the list goes on, and yet despite all of the seemingly forward momentum, this has not been adequately reflected in the share price because (allegedly) nefarious forces continue to stack the deck against us. What more can she say that our enemies won’t spin against us somehow without another hefty injection of FUD? She could say anything positive, and yet the FUDsters would still be out in full force to drown her hopeful news into negative sentiment. I want good news as much as anyone else, but I also trust that there is a legitimate reason to keep her cards close to her chest if she knows she’s going to win the game in the end.
