#NWBO #DCVax As the battle rages onward and we continue to inch ever closer to approval, I think it’s all the more important we remember why we’re fighting. It’s warriors like @ThomasOwenMcCa1 and lionesses like Braelyn (@HollensbeAmanda to follow her incredible story) that lead the charge from the front lines! With fierce courage such as theirs, we are unstoppable! We all #HoldTheLine for them! Their success is our success! Never give up, never surrender.

@TheDapperDO @FlemmingBruce How do you know it’s the MHRA dragging their feet? I’m not looking for encouragement. I’m looking for clarity and lawful transparency from a publicly traded company to its shareholders.

$NWBO Its happy hours on Ihub, reunion day. Two cockroaches for the price of one & several oldies but goodies are out of hibernation in full orchestrated FUD attack. Sorry to say it, but we are at the mercy of an MHRA decision, still not any “blame it all on Linda” bullshit.

@Cheesehammer11 @FlemmingBruce I would love more information too, and again I understand and feel your frustration, especially when it certainly feels as though the MRHA are dragging their feet. I shall wait, but I’m also curious, what specifically would you like to hear that would encourage you?

I don’t care about fudders. I don’t care about current share price. I care about being let in on the status of a company that I own a substantial piece of. So in order to deny fudders ammunition you deny your long term shareholders who have done nothing but lose money in your company any insight into outcome. When she starts to lose the long term shareholders, which is already happening btw, maybe she’ll have to break her blessed silence.

I feel your pain as we wait in silence, but I am genuinely asking (not challenging), what transparency or guidance would you expect and how would it benefit you? We’ve seen already that excellent clinical results, Phase 3 trial data, JAMA publication, confident ASM updates, legal framework changes, parliamentary pressure, complete overhauls of approvals systems, SI 87, real world data inclusion, compassionate use cases, Advent acquisition, NIH listing… the list goes on, and yet despite all of the seemingly forward momentum, this has not been adequately reflected in the share price because (allegedly) nefarious forces continue to stack the deck against us. What more can she say that our enemies won’t spin against us somehow without another hefty injection of FUD? She could say anything positive, and yet the FUDsters would still be out in full force to drown her hopeful news into negative sentiment. I want good news as much as anyone else, but I also trust that there is a legitimate reason to keep her cards close to her chest if she knows she’s going to win the game in the end.

Today was a big Milestone for me, I celebrated my 11th year anniversary of my grim diagnosis of a Glioblastoma Multiforme. I was administered the DCVax in 2015. The Clinical Trial has been going for the better part of 3 decades. I know this because @ a recent fundraiser for @UCLANeurology , I met him, he’s a firefighter who survived 26 years. I should have been happy, but instead I’m angry. Angry at Wall Street & Big Pharma for suppressing a Cure for the MOST AGGRESSIVE FORM OF CANCER & all solid form tumor’s. I put the lion’s share of the blame on KENNETH C. Griffin the Greediest C.E.O of @citsecurities A Market Maker on Wall Street. You remember Bernie Madoff, yep the guy who attempted one of the biggest PONZI SCHEMES IN AMERICAN HISTORY. Well guess what folks, KENNETH C. GRIFFIN LEARNED ALL HIS DIRTY TRICKS FROM HIM. Soon, hopefully Braelyn’s story will shift from inspiration to reality for countless others to triumphantly conquer their cancer! She is a beast and a warrior! #NWBO
Andrew Caravello, DO@andrewcaravello

$NWBO #DCVax #BrainCancer Braelyn has been fighting brain cancer since she was 16 years old. She graduated high school last year in the middle of that fight. Let that sit for a second. On March 5th, she underwent a 6.5+ hour brain tumor surgery at #UCLA with Dr. Linda Liau, the neurosurgeon-scientist who pioneered dendritic cell vaccination for brain cancer, led the Phase III DCVax-L trial published in JAMA Oncology, and has spent nearly 30 years proving the immune system can be taught to kill what surgery cannot reach. UCLA under her leadership is the only center in the country running a first-of-its-kind dendritic cell vaccine clinical trial for aggressive brain tumors in young patients. Braelyn found her way to the right surgeon, at the right institution, at the right moment in this science. Nearly 90% of the tumor was removed. And her tumor tissue was preserved. If you are not in this community, that second sentence might not mean much to you. But for those of us who understand dendritic cell immunotherapy, that is the ballgame. Preserved tumor tissue is the raw material for a personalized vaccine built from the patient’s own cancer cells. Her tumor. Her antigens. Her immune system taught to hunt what remains. Without that tissue, there is no vaccine. That window opens once, at the time of surgery, and it does not reopen. Braelyn’s family understood that. Her surgical team made it possible. And that raises a question that should bother everyone. @DrMakaryFDA Dr. Makary, most brain tumor patients never get this option. Not because the science does not exist, but because proper tumor tissue collection and cryopreservation is not standard of care. Tissue is discarded. Tissue is improperly stored. Tissue is sent to pathology and never seen again. And with it, the patient’s only chance at personalized immunotherapy disappears. The federal Right to Try Act was signed to give terminally ill patients access to treatments that might save their lives. But Right to Try means nothing if the biological material required for those treatments is thrown away on the operating room floor before the patient ever gets the chance to try. Making proper tumor tissue preservation standard practice at the time of surgery would cost almost nothing and could change everything. It should be the default. Now the hardest part of Braelyn’s fight begins. The long road, the follow-on treatment, and the financial weight that comes with all of it. If you can help, please help. If you cannot donate, share this. Put it in front of someone who can. 🔗 givesendgo.com/GB5RT Stand with Braelyn. #BrainCancer #Immunotherapy #DCVax #NWBO #RightToTry

Our daughter Braelyn (18) just underwent a 6.5+ hour brain tumor surgery at UCLA yesterday with world-renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Linda Liau. She was originally given 1–3 months to live. That was 31 months ago. Yesterday’s surgery removed ~90% of the tumor and may open the door to personalized immunotherapy. Here’s what happened yesterday:🧵

@SnackBioTech I’m not challenging, I’m genuinely curious. I’ve enjoyed our discussions in the past. Do you believe there is nefarious intent behind the lack of information? If I remember correctly before you’ve claimed not to have any vested interest financially one way or another, so I’ll do my best to assume you stand as a potentially neutral party. If your assertion is true that information is specifically being withheld (and admittedly I do think that there is some semblance of truth), what reasoning would they have to do so in your opinion? I would also add that given the market’s “reaction” to their positive phase 3 trial results, to me it would seem reasonable to remain quiet? If even on fantastic news, critics are quick to attack and manipulators are (allegedly) quick to spoof, wouldn’t it be tactful to keep their cards close to their chest as to not incur another similar “reaction”? Do you hope that DC Vax-L gets approved? Despite your critique of the way management or the company is operating, what are your thoughts on the medicine itself? This is an admittedly loaded question, but I am genuinely curious; if you or a loved one were diagnosed with Glioblastoma and could receive DC Vax-L, would you want that? If so, why? If not, why not? I would like to engage in a way to better understand your position, not necessarily to argue.

If you don’t think $NWBO is holding back information then you don’t know what this process looks like. They didn’t even PR when the MAA application was approved for review. That’s a common thing. And regarding RFI’s, multiple companies also announce when they received them or submitted responses. It’s not some secret sauce.

$NWBO missed all timelines for recent review again. The MAA is stalled because $NWBO cannot provide the answers to questions being asked. There is an end point here. I said years ago that $NWBO has interesting data, but they need a new phase 3 trial. Explains the delay and the share expansion.

autologous assassin 🇺🇸🇨🇱⚜️🏴‍☠️@DCVaxDefender

Reminder for fellow $NWBO shareholders: In 2025 Parliament asked MHRA multple times what's going on with the DCVax approval process The answer was under evaluation. No signal of failure. No rejection language. In addition MHRA already approved DCVax manufacturing. DCVax trial was highly statistically significant. No systemic safety issues. Terminal, orphan indication. If there were a fatal problem, MHRA would not be saying under review to Parliament instead they would be signaling additional requirements. We would have heard about fatal issues long ago. They do not suddenly manifest after two years especially after multiple CHM meetings, FOIA requests from stakeholders, and Parliamentary inquires. You cannot hide or sit on a failure of this magnitude for that extended duration of time. Meanwhile: - Exclusive Roswell Park License Secured - Advent Rolled into NWBO as Subsidiary - Hiring Manufacturing Staff in Pittsburgh - Hiring Head of UK Patient Experience - ISO7 (Class C) Clean Rooms Underway Companies expecting collapse do not increase burn rate by expanding manufacturing facilities and hiring patient-facing staff. At imploding companies management usually looks for an exit instead of increasing their personal financial exposure which is what happened when Linda Powers rolled Advent into Northwest Biotherapeutics. The timeline with NWBO since MAA submission does not show a failing biotechnology company but one prepping for post-approval commercialization. Time fatigue ≠ failure. Keep calm. Carry on.

$NWBO Email sent out today from the CANCER VACCINE COALITION I know we have been quiet since December and there’s a reason for that. For the past few months, we’ve been working hard to move cancer vaccine research into its next phase: coordination. And last week, in spite of a massive snow storm that tried to derail our plans, we pulled off something that’s never been done before in the cancer vaccine field. 80+ of the world’s leading cancer vaccine researchers, clinicians, and industry partners came together for two days with one goal in mind: accelerate cancer vaccine research. One expert who’s been conducting cancer vaccine clinical trials for over 30 years said: “I have never attended a meeting quite like this one.” Another said this is the “start of something big, a new era perhaps!” What Made the Think Tank Different This wasn’t about competition. It was about coordination. For decades, many cancer vaccine researchers and experts have felt unheard, despite the promising results from trials. This week, that changed. For two days, every single person at the meeting (and at one point there were over 90 people in the zoom room) had a chance to share ideas. Everyone listened, challenges were openly discussed and progress was made. Not everyone always agreed on everything… but everyone agreed that cancer vaccines can be the next big breakthrough for cancer treatment. And researchers who tend to work in separate silos committed to working together on the hardest questions in the field. What Came Out of the Think Tank Three main ideas repeatedly came up throughout the discussions: 1. The immune system as a “living drug”: Unlike conventional therapies, the immune system adapts, learns and responds dynamically. If we can teach it to recognize cancer cells accurately and broadly, unlocking the immune system itself becomes the solution, continuously monitoring and responding as new threats arise. This is key because cancer at every stage, from stage 0 to stage 4, can involve stem-like cancer cells capable of lying dormant for years. When these cells “wake up,” they can drive recurrence and metastasis. A living immune system that keeps watch could change everything. 2. The need for durable responses: Many therapies can shrink tumors temporarily, but what patients truly need are long-lasting responses that prevent recurrence and metastasis. Cancer vaccines are increasingly viewed as the tool best suited to deliver that kind of durability. Cancer vaccines don’t just treat cancer today, but potentially prevent future recurrence. 3. Patients are essential partners in progress: Moving this field forward requires patient participation in clinical trials, willingness to provide tumor samples during treatment, and long-term follow-up to generate meaningful data. There’s also an urgent need for better education. Awareness and understanding remain major barriers. So many people, oncologists included, have no idea cancer vaccines are in clinical trials … and that this type of treatment could even be an option. That’s why sharing this message and spreading the word matters so much. The more people know, the faster we move this forward. We can’t expect anyone to demand better if they don’t know there are better options out there.
