Well done to the free speech union for this. Who's ready to see this fight? 👏🏻
The Free Speech Union@SpeechUnion

We have taken up the case of @ezralevant, a Gold member of the @SpeechUnion who has been refused entry to the UK to attend the ‘Unite the Kingdom’ rally tomorrow. After his ESTA was refused, he paid £1,000 to the Home Office to expedite a visa application because his flight is tonight. To date, the Home Office still hasn't responded. We hope our intervention will prompt it to issue a visa in time for him to catch his flight. Refusing Mr Levant a visa would be a clear breach of his rights. He's not a “far right agitator intent on coming to the UK to spew [his] extremist views”, which is how Sir Keir Starmer's described those who've been blocked from entering the UK for tomorrow’s protest. He is a Canadian commentator and journalist who has no criminal convictions and has never advocated violence, intimidation, discrimination or terrorism and rejects any assertion that he is ‘far-right’ or would make threats or spread hate. In reality, he simply holds views that the Prime Minister disagrees with. Perhaps it’s his outspoken support for Israel in its ongoing war with Hamas that has raised a red flag. Refusing Mr Levant a visa would be particularly egregious, given that Hasan Piker, the far left American political activist who has incited violence against Jews, has not been blocked from entering the UK. He's due to speak at at @unherd event on 5th June. Is it one rule for outspoken supporters of Israel, Prime Minister, and another for outspoken supporters of the Palestinian cause? Is that because you care more about not offending Britain's Muslims than you do about not offending British Jews? We very much hope that the Home Office will issue Mr Levant with a visa immediately and allow him to travel to the UK this evening.

You’re wrong. They are patriots and exhausted and furious British people. We need leaders that can make the British Muslim community safe within Britain along with British Christians, agnostics, Hindus and Jews. Not globalists augmenting techno-feudalism. Do your job.
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer

I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division. We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views. They don't speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain I know.

How dare Keir Starmer brand British patriots as thugs and fascists for standing up for their country, when he has spent his time in office doing anything but.

You are a far left agitator and authoritarian, Starmer. You have no idea about British values which include FREE SPEECH (ring any bells?) and patriotism. You’d rather persecute old soldiers, cancel jury trials and impose Digital ID. Your pathetic premiership is on Death Row.

We're currently setting the stage for the largest patriotic wave to hit the globe tomorrow. Patriots from all walks of life united as one in a sea of colour, sound, music, laughter. The power of the people is greater than the people in power. Unite The Kingdom 🇬🇧

@Keir_Starmer You banned democratically elected officials and independent journalists from entering OUR country to cover an event that brings all walks of life TOGETHER against despised wankers like you. The people want Unite The Kingdom. They don't want YOU.

It’s as though Keir Starmer is on a suicide mission as Prime Minister at this point. How did this divisive and dishonest tactic work after Southport? He has done nothing to stop the small boats, nothing to ban Iran’s terror fronts in the UK and now makes his stand on this?

There is not a single church in Saudi Arabia. Public Christian worship is banned. I don’t want a single mosque in Great Britain. I want public Islamic worship banned in the United Kingdom. Press the reset button. Diversity is our greatest enemy.

🚨The great Ben Habib comes to the defense of all of us who were denied entry into Britain. He’s demanding the government provide clear evidence and reasons for blocking foreign influencers, politicians and commentators who dare criticise Starmer’s regime. This two-tier border system is a disgrace. Britain should welcome honest voices, not silence them.

This is what communism looks like in the 21st century. I have just been denied entry to the UK in order to speak at the largest patriotic event in Europe. Starmer will be sued by me. Not the government, not the Home Office but Starmer personally. Once you lose the next election, communist, we’ll meet in court! Tommy @TRobinsonNewEra , this communist cannot silence millions, nor can he take away their right to vote! UNITE THE KINGDOM!

This Government is entirely wrong to ban foreign commentators from speaking at Robinson’s rally on Saturday I will be formally challenging the Home Office, again, on the decision to prevent these individuals from entering. I won’t be there myself, but many patriots will be and they deserve to hear lawful views in order to decide for themselves if they agree or not. That is free speech. Islamist extremists are personally welcomed by the Prime Minister, yet this group is banned. It stinks.

Britain’s “blasphemy belt” offers a glimpse into our fractured future, says former Commissioner for Countering Extremism Robin Simcox. Muslim voters are abandoning Labour at breakneck speed in favour of pro-Gaza candidates and the Green Party. The so-called blasphemy belt has seen repeated protests over perceived insults to the Prophet Mohammed, alongside councillors quitting Labour to form independent groupings over the party’s stance on Gaza. In 2022, Blackburn saw protests against Lady of Heaven — a film about Mohammed’s daughter that some considered blasphemous. Similar demonstrations took place in Bradford. In Batley, an angry mob descended on Batley Grammar School after a religious studies teacher showed a cartoon depicting Mohammed during a lesson on free speech and blasphemy. The teacher remains in hiding. In February 2023, death threats were issued after rumours spread that an autistic schoolboy had damaged a Koran at Kettlethorpe High School. Labour’s recent definition of Islamophobia — repackaged as “anti-Muslim hatred” — was introduced partly in an attempt to stem the loss of Muslim voters. But the definition risks reviving blasphemy laws for Islam alone, 18 years after Parliament abolished them. In a free society, no religion should be shielded from legitimate criticism, challenge or debate. The strategy does not appear to be working politically. Labour still suffered its worst local election results in history, particularly in traditionally safe seats. Read more below 👇
