The customer service they have received when it wasn’t their fault either has been terrible too! One department doesn’t know what the other is doing. My parents are vulnerable and elderly living in a rural area where 4g is poor! @FleurTelecom should be ashamed of theirselves!!

@damiangeorge Hi Damian. If you can please send us a DM with your account details we will be able to look into this for you further. Normally a customer will be sent an invoice for their services ether in the post of by email prior to any payments being collected that will confirm the charges.

@JubbyJJ Hi Just JJ, We try to offer a range of contract from 24 month to 12 months or even monthly rolling contracts. If a customer has a longer fixed term contract fees will apply if it is cancelled. If on a monthly rolling contact then only a months notice will apply.

@Squingo Hi Ian. There are 2 type of fibre services. FTTC this is a partial fibre services with a fibre cable from the exchange to the PCP cabinet and then a copper wire from the PCP to your property ( if is most like the service you have.) There is also FTTP This is a full fibre service.

Our internet is down. Trying to find out if problem is local to us or more widespread. But @FleurTelecom helplines are not answering and both they and the online Live Chat have a different definition to mine for the word ‘shortly’ in the phrase ‘someone will be with you shortly’.

@didabrera If we have received a request from a new provider then we will have ether written or emailed our customer to notify them of the request a head of the date the services are due to switch to give them prior notice to contact us to stop the request if it has been submitted in error.

@didabrera I'm sorry o hear about the problems your uncle has had with his connection. A "SALM request is a standard process used by all ISPs when there is a working line into a property and the current occupier is switching provider or someone new is moving in and setting up their services

@FleurTelecom my 84 year old uncle has had his telephone disconnected by you because , apparently, someone unknown to you asked to take over the line! How is this allowed? Do not use a company that takes instructions from outsiders under any circumstances! Outrageous!

@dlalliston Hi David I'm sorry to hear that you have had problems with your services recently. When processing a cancellation there will be a minimum cancellation notice period that will be charged when closing your account. I you still need help with closing the account please let me know.

@FleurTelecom ..... when we first signed up it was great but sadly more recently they have failed to solve my broadband problems. Fast fibre became slow and inconsistent.... and now they want to charge me for transferring to another supplier. Sad!
