Make it make sense @virginmedia @O2 I recently renegotiated a new tv/broadband contract; your best offer included an O2 sim. I explained it's not needed. "If we remove the sim from the bundle, the cost will increase" 🙄
I now have an unused sim on my desk.

Same problem here, don't want another SIM, don't want phone line, don't want the 220-254 channels just want a stable 1gig broadband, but this costs more!

@TPLINKUK hi, can you help? I have a virgin media Hub4 in modem mode connected to a deco x50, I want to use a TPlink 9020 or ghn 2400 device to feed to home cinema, if I add an unmanaged hub before the deco will this give me a better connection as deco WiFi keeps dropping

@virginmedia App still showing as wrong value, direct debit taken was at the new agreed value but app still showing wrong,

@virginmedia App is installed on this device however it is still showing the wrong details and the total is still showing double the agreed value, I will be watching over the next couple of weeks, as well as my bank account for wrong DD I'll be back to cancel.
