@Fiction_Fox @anthony_foreal @Gggdd15028378 That’s why shakur was saying Ryan going to make 147 but rehydrate to about 170ish cause that weight camp will be focusing on weight cutting & endurance other then skills .. that’s why Ryan naturally is nowdays in a better shape around 163 now so no hard weight cuts anymore at 147

@Fiction_Fox @anthony_foreal @Gggdd15028378 That’s why he trynn to go up to 147 so he cut about 13 lbs within a 8 week training camp but during that 8 weeks he will be focusing on gettin strong for the 147 class & not focusing on weight cutting like at 140 so he will gain more muscle mass but having to cut less

@Fiction_Fox @anthony_foreal @Gggdd15028378 Well u get a 8 week training camp he prolly cuts about 17 lbs to maybe 19 during camp gettin in shape then that last week or 2 he’s got about 6/8 to cut the night before he has to weigh in then gets 2 days to rehydrate as much as he can ..
