@danieproby @FullFieldHammer But I think every team should have a warm up routine specific to their needs. High reps is good, but actually I prefer a high intensity movement then plenty of rest when I'm getting up to game pace. Box drill, mini etc all have pros and cons

@danieproby @FullFieldHammer Person who cut under (or upline) then provides deep continuation for the next rep = more variety and less jogging back to the start which is a real time killer

is sooooo much more than that. we need to do better at showing that we value the safety of our teammates and opponents more than we value the need to make those crazy plays. good body control is such an undervalued skill and needs to be talked about more

after playing/watching the first ever WUL games of the season - there were dangerous plays all around. trust me i have a basketball background so i’m no stranger to playing with contact. however, i think it’s our responsibility as athletes to provide a better example of what safe
